Reusable Hot & Cold Packs
- These reusable packs are great for treating all manner of soft tissue injuries
- Use warm for effective relief from muscular and joint aches and pains
- Lasts longer than a standard ice or heat pack
- Ideal for continuous treatment at home
- Packs can remain cold for up to 2 hours at room temperature
For cold use: Place pack in the freezer for up to 2 hours before use. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins.
For hot use: Place pack in the microwave for 20 seconds at 600W. Increase heating time in 10 second intervals to reach desired temperature if needed. Times should be reduced for microwaves with higher power ratings. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins.

Special Instructions Before Use:
Never place pack directly onto the skin as extreme temperatures can cause burns. Always wrap pack in a cloth or protective sleeve before use. Always use under adult supervision. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are affected by circulatory problems seek medical advice before use. Cease use if pack causes any discomfort. If the pack is punctured or opened and the solution is accidently swallowed, drink plenty of water. If solution contacts eyes, wash out thoroughly with water. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health. Check pack for leakages before use. Clean pack before use. This pack contains Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Glycerol and Water.
