Instant Hot Pack

Squeeze long side of inner sachet until it bursts.
Shake pack vigorously until hot.
Cover pack before use and apply.

To use: To activate, click the metal starter disc inside the pack. The pack will harden and heat up. Briefly massage pack to ensure consistent warmth and comfort. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin.
To reuse: Fully immerse pack in hot water and heat until contents are fully liquid and clear. Once clear, the pack will remain in this condition until the pack is activated using the metal starter disc.
